01What is ORION?
The intelligence layer inside the network.
ORION — the Orange Rides Intelligent Operations Network — reads the structured records the platform produces and turns them into understanding: what is happening on a journey, what the safety picture looks like, and what may need attention. It answers operational questions in conversation, keeps risk assessments on the record, prepares reports — and proposes, while people decide.
ORION is not a separate product and not the company. It is how Orange Rides Network thinks — and people are how it stays accountable.

02Journey intelligence
Understanding built on structured journey records.
Every journey on Orange Rides Network is a structured record: a route, its checkpoints, the passengers on board, and the journey stage as it changes. That structure is what makes intelligence possible. When ORION answers a question, its answers are grounded in the journey record — not guesswork about what might be happening.
03Safety intelligence
Safety signals that stay on the record.
ORION keeps structured risk assessments attached to journeys. Each assessment carries a level — from low to critical — a rationale, and the contributing factors behind it. Assessments are created by the people responsible for a journey or by an internal first-level check, and they are surfaced to the people whose job it is to act on them.
04Decision support
ORION proposes. People decide.
When ORION identifies something that may warrant action, it does not act on its own. It prepares a suggestion. That suggestion is reviewed by platform staff, and consequential operations resolve to “requires human approval” — they are never executed automatically. ORION assists people and operations; authority stays with people, always.
Prepared by ORION
A suggestion enters the record with its reasoning.
Reviewed by staff
People examine the proposal before anything moves.
Approved by the platform
A deliberate, two-stage human approval — nothing runs on its own.
05ORION AI
Modern AI, pointed at the journey — supervised by people.
Under the name ORION is a modern AI system that reads journey context and responds in plain language. It is built for operations, not small talk: questions about a journey, its safety picture, and the state of the network. And it is supervised — human approval gates everything consequential.
ORION conversations are part of ride-owner subscriptions. The free tier does not include ORION conversations; essential subscriptions include operational chat; higher tiers carry additional ORION capabilities as they reach the interface.

06How ORION works
From information to human action.
Every pass through ORION follows the same shape — and every path ends with a person or an authorized system action, never an unreviewed decision.
07Today & tomorrow
What ORION does today — and what comes later.
Capabilities ship when they are real, never before. Nothing in the future column is available today, and nothing here is a promise about timing.
