09 Legal & Trust · Terms of Use
Orange Rides Network is an early-stage transportation network. These terms describe how the public website and the platform may be used, stated plainly.
01 Using the public website
The public website — these pages, and everything they describe about ORION, technology, safety and the network — may be read and shared freely. The Orange Rides Network name, brand and the materials on this site remain the property of Orange Rides Network. Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it, or access systems and data the site does not offer publicly.
02 Using the platform
Operating on the network is for verified ride owners. Registration and verification are done directly with the ORN team, and operating continues under an owner subscription. Ride owners are responsible for the journeys they run: lawful operation, the accuracy of the journeys they publish, and the treatment of the passengers they carry.
Passengers join journeys through a journey QR code. Every platform action — by owners, staff and the ORION system itself — is governed by role-based permissions and stays on the record. Misuse of the platform can end access to it.
Operating on the record
Ride owners are verified before they operate
Lawful, accurate, passenger-respectful operations
Role-based permissions, audited actions
03 Honest expectations
The network is young and growing through early access. Features will evolve, and while ORN builds safety and security around journeys, no system can promise that everything will always go perfectly. Nothing on this website is a legal or professional guarantee for any specific journey.
Where things stand
The network grows with its first operators
Features improve as the network learns
Records and structure, honestly described
