Orange Rides Network is built around journeys — which means the platform holds records of real journeys and real people. This page explains, plainly, what is recorded and how it is protected.
01 What the platform records
The network exists so journeys are planned, tracked and protected. That means the platform records what a journey is: the ride owner behind it, the planned route and schedule, and passenger check-ins made through a journey QR code.
Ride owners register and are verified before operating, and passengers join a journey through its QR code — nothing about a journey exists outside the record of that journey.

02 How information is protected
Information is held under strict access control, and platform access follows your role: staff see only what their role authorizes, and sensitive platform actions stay on the record.
Passengers are not required to hold an account to be checked in to a journey — check-in happens through the journey QR code held by the ride owner.
